March Stamp of the Month .....'Choose Happy'
Hello and welcome aboard our Stamp of the month Australasian Close to My Heart Blog Hop. If you have arrived here from Vandra's Page, http://March's Stamp of the Month .....'Choose Happy'...... is available exclusively throughout March only for just $27 or for just $5 when you spend $75. There are 14 individual stamps in this set and it includes some wonderful images for colouring too.! This stamp set has so many possibilities so check out all the posts for loads of ideas.
The details in this stamp are fine and clear. It totally lends itself to just being stamped and still being the hero. Choose a blend of colours. I chose Chocolate, Desert Sand and Bamboo Exclusive ink pads and a few stamping techniques and allowed the images to stand out. The card would not be complete with out a flower.....the small flower from "Happy Birds" C1600
1. Take the 2x2 Acrylic block and ink it with Bamboo ink.....stamp on blank colonial white card 4 times.....this gives the rustic background. 2. Using Chocolate Ink pad stamp the woodgrain frame over each of these rustic background squares. Using a cut out of the frame as a mask, random stamp the flowers with both 1st and 2nd generation stamping and Desert Sand ink pad. Stamp the caption from the SOTM stamp set at the base of the card.
Choose a different colour palette and make it look different.
"Choose Happy" Stamp of the Month is only available until 31st March from Wendy Hopper your CTMH consultant. I'd love you to leave a comment and follow my blog before heading off to the next stop.
